নিজস্ব প্রতিবেদনঃ স্ট্র্যান্ড রোডের বহুতলের বিধ্বংসী আগুন কেড়েছে ৯ জনের প্রাণ। ঘটনায় শোক প্রকাশ করেছেন রাজ্যপাল জগদীপ ধনকর। টুইট করে তিনি জানিয়েছেন, ” মৃতদের মধ্যে রয়েছেন ৪ জন দমকল কর্মী, ২ জন রেলওয়ে কর্মচারী, একজন সহকারী সাব-ইন্সপেক্টর। ঘটনায় আমি মর্মাহত। মৃতদের পরিবারের প্রতি আমার সমবেদনা রইল।”
